By accessing zeevara.com or placing an order with Zeevara Ethnic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (select pin codes).
• Your billing name and address must match the card or account used for payment.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic orders.
• Zeevara reserves the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

All prices displayed on zeevara.com are inclusive of GST. Shipping is complimentary for domestic orders. Promotional prices apply only during the stated offer period and may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

Clearance sale items: Orders placed during clearance or final-sale events cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Delivery timelines depend on your address, product availability, and courier operations. Zeevara is not liable for delays caused by:

• Incomplete or inaccurate address details provided by the customer
• Natural events, public holidays, or courier strikes
• Customs clearance procedures for international shipments
• Customer unavailability at the delivery address

Parcels uncollected for more than 7 days from a courier facility may be returned to us; re-delivery charges will apply.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Order Return Policy and Refund Policy. Custom-stitched garments and cut fabrics are not eligible for returns.

If a delivered garment requires minor local alterations due to a fit issue on our part, we will reimburse alteration costs up to ₹2,500 or 50% of the product price (whichever is lower), subject to submission of a valid receipt to our customer care team within 7 days of delivery.

All content on zeevara.com — including images, designs, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of Zeevara Ethnic. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

• Prices for USA, UK, Europe, and Canada include applicable taxes and duties.
• All other international destinations operate on a Duty Unpaid basis; customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
• Zeevara is not liable for confiscation or delay by customs authorities.

Zeevara's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Zeevara reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance.
