Stitching Policy

Zeevara's in-house ateliers offer custom stitching for select garments, ensuring an exceptional fit crafted to your measurements. Please review the following guidelines before placing a stitching order.

We put our best efforts into delivering the finest possible fit. However, achieving a perfect fit requires precise measurements — even local tailors require multiple trials and corrections. By placing a stitching order, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for providing accurate measurements as requested.
• Zeevara cannot be held responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect or incomplete measurements.
• Blouse sizing is determined by bust measurement; side seams offer up to 4 inches of adjustment margin.
• If your requested size cannot be accommodated, we will offer suitable alternatives.

Custom-stitched orders require 4–5 additional business days beyond the standard dispatch timeline, subject to tailor availability. Expedited stitching may be available upon request — contact our team before placing your order.

All stitching orders must be prepaid. COD is not available for garments requiring custom stitching. Full payment must be received before your order enters the stitching queue.

Not all design or pattern changes are possible depending on the garment construction. If a requested modification cannot be made:

• We will proceed with the original item design and notify you in advance.
• We may offer alternate style options that suit your request.
• Customers will be informed before any changes to the agreed design.

If your size requires additional fabric beyond what is included with the garment, an extra fabric cost will be charged. Our team will communicate this clearly before processing your order.

Custom-stitched garments are made specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements once stitching has commenced, except in the case of a manufacturing defect on our part.
