Our Liberal Returns Policy
We want every Zeevara purchase to feel exactly right. If for any reason your order doesn't meet your expectations, our returns process is simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns initiated after this window will not be accepted.
Reporting Damage or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it within 48 hours of receipt. Late reports cannot be processed. To report an issue:
- Email concierge@zeevara.com with your order number.
- Attach clear digital photographs highlighting the problem area.
- Ensure original tags are visible in the photos.
- Our team will respond within 48 business hours with next steps.
How to Return — 3 Simple Steps
- Submit a Return Request — Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, reason for return, and product photographs with original tags.
- Ship the Item Back — Once your request is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a tracked postal/courier service. Keep the tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
- Refund Processed — After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be initiated within 48 business hours. Refer to our Refund Policy for timelines.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers bear the return shipping cost unless the return is a result of an error by Zeevara (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect). In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping charges upon submission of a valid receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-stitched or altered garments (see Stitching Policy)
- Fabrics cut to the customer's requested length
- Items purchased during clearance or final-sale events
- Items without original tags, damaged, or in used condition
- Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery
Refund Terms
Refunds are capped at the actual product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault. For bank transfer orders, refunds are issued as Zeevara Gift Vouchers. See our full Refund Policy for details.
