Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Zeevara, we stand behind every piece we create. If something isn't right, we will make it right. Please read the following policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when requesting a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued when a return is approved under our Order Return Policy. To be eligible:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
  • Damage, incorrect product, or fit issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographs.
  • Custom-stitched garments and cut fabrics are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 48 business hours. Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit card payments — refunded to the original card within 7–10 business days.
  • UPI / Net Banking — refunded to the source account within 5–7 business days.
  • Bank transfer payments — issued as Zeevara Gift Vouchers of equal value (no cash refund).
  • COD orders — refunded via bank transfer; please share your account details with our team.

Partial Refunds

Refunds will never exceed the actual product cost paid. Shipping charges, gift-wrapping fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-stitched or altered garments
  • Fabrics cut to order
  • Items purchased during clearance or end-of-season sales
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items reported as damaged more than 48 hours after delivery

International Orders

For international returns, customs duties and import fees previously paid are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
