Free Shipping Across India

Zeevara offers complimentary shipping on all domestic orders. We partner with reputed courier services — including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC — whose shipments are fully insured from our warehouse to your door.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Most ready-to-ship garments are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad) — 3–5 business days
  • Other major cities and towns — 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural pin codes — 7–10 business days
  • Custom-stitched orders — add 4–5 extra days to the above timelines

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on the courier's website to follow your shipment in real time. For any tracking issues, contact our concierge team with your order ID.

Multiple-Item Orders

When an order contains items with different dispatch dates, we consolidate all pieces into a single shipment once everything is ready. If you need a specific item urgently, email us your order number and we will arrange an early partial dispatch where possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes across India. Our courier partner will contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • Call the courier directly to reschedule a convenient delivery slot.
  • You may also collect the parcel from the nearest courier facility with a valid ID.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped via reputed global couriers (DHL, FedEx). Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Please note:

  • USA, UK, Europe, and Canada — prices include applicable taxes and duties.
  • All other countries — duty unpaid; customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Zeevara is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Delays & Liability

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Zeevara is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, natural events, public holidays, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend placing orders well in advance for special occasions.
